The Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Department of Physics, arranged a one-day interactive session for undergraduate physics students. Dr. Carina B Maliakal, an alumna of Devagiri College and a postdoctoral researcher in Germany, who achieved the rank of 2009 BSc Physics holder, served as the resource person. The event took place on January 15, 2024.
Organized a scholar program titled "Crossing the English Channel" was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Language and Literature for students on 15 December 2023.Chintu M. Raju, a Devagiri College alumnus and the chief trainer of Success Garten, Thriuvampady, served as the resource person. A total of 90 students actively participated in the program.
Organized a talk on ‘the world of Radio and the power of Passion' was conducted on 12 December 2023 in collaboration with the Department of Media Studies specifically for their students. The session featured RJ Deepak, Devagiri college alumni from the 2015-2018 batch, currently serving as a Radio Jockey at Radio Mango 91.9 in Kozhikode. The event drew the participation of a total of 95 individuals.
Organized free eye testing camp in collaboration with Dr. Chandrakanth Netralaya on December 13, 2023, and December 20, 2023, for students, staff, and their family members. A total of 750 individuals, including students and staff, availed themselves of the opportunity to have their eyes examined by specialist eye care professionals. Those in need were provided with affordable spectacles at the subsidized rate of Rs. 500/- courtesy of Chandrakanth Netralaya. The Alumni Association generously sponsored 30 pairs of spectacles for deserving students, completely free of charge. The association allocated Rs. 15,000 for this initiative.

Conducted a two-day seminar on the topic "Mental Health as a Universal Human Right" on October 9th and 10th, 2023, in collaboration with the Department of Psychology. The resource person for the seminar was Ananya P, an alumna from the 2015-18 batch, who is presently employed as a clinical psychologist at CRC Kozhikode
The inauguration of the Botany Association took place on January 19, 2024. The ceremony was conducted by Dr. Abdulsalam A. K., Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at Sir Syed College Taliparamba and an alumnus of Devagiri College. Chaithra B. P., an alumna of Devagiri College and a postgraduate scholar in Wildlife Studies, also participated in the inauguration.
The Department of Physics organized a two-day hands-on workshop on AVR programming on January 15 and 16, 2024. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. B. P. Ajithkumar, Scientist-H, IUAC (Retired), Delhi, and Dr. R Sreekumar, Associate Professor at St. Joseph’s College, Devagiri (Retired).
The inauguration ceremony of the BA English (SF) and BA Functional English (SF) associations took place on January 19, 2024. The keynote speaker for the event was Dr. Arya Gopi, an Assistant Professor, poet, and alumnus of Devagiri College, currently affiliated with Zamorin's Guruvayurappan College. Dr. Arya Gopi's address focused on "Reflections on Literature."
The Department of Literature organized a scholarly discussion on the topic "ELT: Trends and Prospects in the Middle East" on August 17, 2023. The distinguished resource person for the session was Prof. Ahammed Basheer Thekkayil, the Head of the Department of English and Study Skills at the National University of Science and Technology in the Sultanate of Oman. he is also an alumnus of Devagiri College.
The Department of Language and Literature hosted a National Seminar in 2024, focusing on the theme "Semantics, Sentience, and Simulation: Literature in the Era of Artificial Intelligence". The esteemed resource persons for the seminar were Dr. V. K. Karthika, Assistant Professor at NIT Trichy, and Dr. Arunlal Mukeri, Assistant Professor at Govt. College Mokeri and an alumnus of Devagiri College. The seminar took place on January 17, 2024.
The Department of Commerce and Management, in collaboration with CDSL and Aditya Birla Money Ltd, conducted an “Awareness program on the securities market and depository”. The event featured Mr. Nidheesh P. V, President and Director of KTC Group, and Mr. N. P. Rajive, CDSL IPF, as speakers. Both esteemed speakers are alumni of the college. It was taking place on July 27, 2023.
